About Me

 

 Hi, I'm Leah Talbott, the creative force behind Fluid Forged. I’m an abstract mixed media artist who loves to blend colors, textures, and emotions into something truly unique. Growing up in a vibrant yet challenging environment, I actually didn't discover my love for art until the age of 22. Originally from Washington D.C., I’ve taught myself the ins and outs of pour painting, jewelry-making, and candle crafting, and I’m proud to share my work with the world.

 

Music is a huge part of my life and my art. Whether I’m singing, dancing, DJing, or strumming my guitar, you can bet I’ve got tunes blasting in my studio while I work. The songs I listen to don’t just set the mood—they inspire the titles of my artworks. You’ll find those song titles in the descriptions of my pieces, giving you a little window into what was playing while I was creating.

 Art is my therapy, my way of processing life’s ups and downs. I pour my heart into every piece, and I hope it resonates with you. My journey started with pop-up events and showcases, and thanks to the incredible support from my community, I’ve been able to keep doing what I love. 

My goal? To bring a little more joy and color into everyday spaces, one piece of art at a time.
